GCC Board of Directors Elections 2026
The Gunks Climbers’ Coalition will be holding elections for Board of Directors for the next 2 year term. The current GCC Board of Directors will vote for the new slate of directors at the January 2026 meeting. Currently there are no contested positions on the board. We have 7 current board members who would like to continue serving another term, one stepping down, and 1 new nominee for the board of directors.
Here is the 2026 slate of nominees:
Officers (continuing for another term):
- Pete Cody – Chair
- Jannette Wing Pazer – Secretary
Current Board of Directors Members-at-Large (continuing for another term):

Directors are all unpaid volunteers and serve a 2 year term.
We have a current opening for a new Treasurer.
How does one become a board member? Talk to us about how you’d like to help and start attending our monthly board meetings. Board members are expected to participate in monthly meetings, volunteer at GCC events, and share their skills, ideas and points of view. Official elections are held every 2 years, but new board members can be nominated and added to the board at any time.
