Antlion Update: Top Anchors Installed!

The 2021 climbing season is underway and we’re busy readying the new cliff for opening!

Anchor Bolts Installed

This past weekend, Christian Fracchia of the Anchor Evaluation Committee and Pamela Matsuda-Dunn from the Western Massachusetts Climbers Coalition began placing anchors along the top of the cliff. Thank you Christian and Pamela for volunteering your time and expertise!!!

Over $38,000 Raised

WOW! We’re SO GRATEFUL for everyone’s donatons so far! There’s still a ways to go before the cliff is ready to open and the $109,000 Access Fund loan is repaid. There are lots of ways to help. Please consider making a donation or volunteering for a trail building day.

Trail Building

We will be continuing this weekend March 20th -21st, 2021 with the first in a series of volunteer trail-building days. Sign up using our Antlion Volunteer Form and we’ll reach out with information and instructions for upcoming trail building events. Thanks to everyone that has already signed up!
